No Return Policy for Digital Crochet Products:
All digital crochet products (including but not limited to crochet patterns, tutorials, charts, eBooks, and other downloadable content) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the purchase is complete. This policy is in place because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned or undone once accessed or downloaded.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that any product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at claricrochet2@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as effective and efficiently as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds:
Refunds on physical plushie orders will only be issues in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
